TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tariffs - are subject to change without notice. Where the booking has been
confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.

| Deposit - Deposits are required within 14 days to confirm a booking. Deposits
required for each week of a booking are: |
Low season
Mid season
Shoulder season
Peak season |

Personal cheques will be accepted for deposits ONLY.

| Refund -
A refund of the deposit, less a 12% administration fee, applies to Low & Mid Season bookings cancelled with a minimum notice of 28 days. Peak and Shoulder Season cancellations require a minimum notice of 90 days.

Payment - Balance of account is payable on arrival and is not subject to
a refund. Longer stays may make arrangements for interim payments.
Payments may be made by cash,
EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard.
Personal
cheques will be accepted for deposits only. |
Unit
allocation - Where possible,
management will allocate requested units.
Where
circumstances beyond our control
prevent this, an alternative unit
will be allocated. |
