Pandanus Court Rates
Tariffs
All tariffs are subject to change without notice and are calculated at time of booking by our booking software. They should be the same as the rates listed in the documents above but in case of discrepancy the rate calculated by the software is correct.
Deposits
Deposits are required within 7 days to confirm a booking. Deposits are 30% of the booking cost or $1000 per week depending upon season for the booking. Deposits may be paid by cash, card or direct bank transfer.
Balance
The balance of the account must be paid on arrival and is not subject to a refund. Payments may be made by cash or card only. Full payment must be made prior to receiving room keys.
Cancellation
Bookings cancelled outside the cancellation period (i.e. more than 30 or 60 days prior to arrival) will have the deposit refunded less a $100 administration fee. Bookings cancelled inside the cancellation period will forfeit the deposit. If the booking is reduced in length, the same cancellation policy applies to the nights being cancelled.
Check-in
Check-in is strictly between 2pm and 5pm. There is no key safe nor after-hours key drop.
No Smoking
Pandanus Court is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in units, balconies or on the grounds. Guests found smoking on the property will be asked to leave without refund.
Guest Numbers
We have strict limits on guest numbers and you must book the unit for the appropriate number of guests. 2 bedrooms may have a maximum of 4 guests. 3 bedrooms may have a maximum of 6 guests. We do not allow extra guests or rollaway beds.
Unit Allocation
Unit allocations are NOT guaranteed. Wherever possible we will allocate the unit you have requested however where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
Parking
There is only 1 bay per apartment unless otherwise stated. Our parking garage has a 2.1 metre maximum height.
Check-out
Check-out time is strictly 10am sharp.
